1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Premier Transaction Co., operated by Price Family Legacy, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at premiertransactionco.com, our transaction coordination services, and our mobile notary services.

By engaging our services, submitting a transaction file, booking an appointment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Premier Transaction Co. provides two primary categories of service:

  • Transaction Coordination: Contract-to-close coordination for real estate agents including document review, deadline tracking, compliance management, party communication, and file organization.
  • Mobile Notary & Loan Signing: In-person notarization of documents at a client-specified location within our service area, including real estate closing documents, loan packages, legal documents, and general notarization.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing in our services constitutes legal, financial, or real estate advice.

3. Transaction Coordination Terms

Engagement: Coordination services begin upon receipt of payment after file review and approval. Submission of a transaction file does not guarantee activation.

Agent Responsibility: The agent of record remains responsible for all contractual obligations, deadlines, and compliance requirements. We act in a support capacity only. We do not represent buyers, sellers, or any party in a transaction.

File Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all documents submitted are complete and accurate. We will flag issues identified during review, but we are not liable for errors in documents provided to us.

Communication: We coordinate communication on behalf of the agent as directed. All final decisions, negotiations, and representations remain the responsibility of the licensed agent.

4. Mobile Notary & Loan Signing Terms

Booking Deposit: A $10 booking deposit is required to confirm all notary appointments. This deposit is collected at the time of booking via Stripe and is applied toward your total balance. The deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time. For reschedules made with at least 2 hours' notice, the deposit is transferred to the new appointment.

Final Pricing: Final service fees are determined after your appointment based on: document count, number of signers, document type, and travel distance. Your exact quote will be confirmed in writing before services begin. No work begins without your approval of the quoted amount.

Typical Rates:

  • General notary (affidavits, POA, contracts): $50 – $75
  • Real estate closing documents: $75 – $125
  • Loan signing packages (refinances, HELOCs, purchase loans): $100 – $150
  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard Metro Atlanta service area

Client Responsibilities: You must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. All documents must be complete and unsigned at the time of the appointment — signatures must be witnessed in person by the notary to be legally valid. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrectly prepared documents.

Promo Code — CALLME: Clients may apply the promo code CALLME at checkout for 100% off the booking deposit. By applying this code, you agree to participate in a brief consultation call with us to discuss scope, location, and pricing before your appointment is finalized. This code is intended for clients who wish to confirm details before committing, not to bypass the booking process.

Geographic Scope: Mobile notary services are provided within Metro Atlanta and surrounding communities. We reserve the right to decline appointments outside our service area or apply travel fees for extended distances.

Notary Limitations: We are commissioned notaries in the State of Georgia. We cannot provide legal advice, cannot notarize documents if a signer's identity cannot be verified, and cannot notarize documents we have reason to believe are fraudulent or coerced.

5. Payment Terms

Transaction Coordination: Payment is requested after file review and approval, prior to activation of coordination services. We accept payment via the link provided in our approval email. Files are not activated until payment is received.

Notary Services: A $10 non-refundable booking deposit is due at scheduling. The remaining balance is due at appointment completion. We accept payment via cash, Zelle, Venmo, or card.

Packages: Multi-transaction packages (5-pack, 10-pack) are paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once coordination has begun on any file within the package.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full cancellation and refund terms. In summary:

  • Transaction coordination fees are refundable if cancelled before file activation
  • Notary booking deposits ($10) are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations
  • Deposits are transferable to a rescheduled appointment with sufficient advance notice

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Transaction Co. and Price Family Legacy, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost commissions, delayed closings, or compliance issues resulting from information not provided to us.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Transaction Co., Price Family Legacy, LLC, and its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, checklists, templates, and code — is the property of Price Family Legacy, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Douglas County, Georgia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
