Refund Policy

TC — Before Activation

Full refund available if cancelled before coordination is activated (before payment clears and work begins).

TC — After Activation

No refund once coordination has begun. Pro-rated consideration available in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.

Notary — Booking Deposit ($10)

Non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours. Transferable to a reschedule with sufficient notice.

Notary — Final Balance

Due at completion. Disputed charges must be raised before the notary leaves the appointment location.

1. Transaction Coordination Refunds

Before Activation: If you have submitted a file and paid but coordination has not yet begun, you may request a full refund. Contact us at support@premiertransactionco.com within 24 hours of payment.

After Activation: Once coordination has been activated and work has begun on your file, fees are non-refundable. This includes file review, setup, communications initiated, and any deadline tracking that has commenced.

Transaction Falls Through: If a transaction falls through after coordination has been activated, no refund is issued. Our time and work on the file has already been expended. We recommend coordinating with us promptly if a transaction is at risk so we can minimize unnecessary work.

Package Purchases: Multi-transaction packages (5-pack, 10-pack) are non-refundable once coordination has begun on any file within the package. Unused transactions within a package remain available and do not expire within 12 months of purchase.

2. Notary & Loan Signing Refunds

$10 Booking Deposit — Non-Refundable for No-Shows. The booking deposit confirms your appointment time and compensates for reserved availability. It is applied to your total balance at completion.

No-Shows: If you do not appear for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us in advance, your $10 deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied to a future appointment.

Cancellations:

  • More than 2 hours before appointment: Deposit is transferred to your next appointment at no additional charge. Contact us at (678) 249-9144 or support@premiertransactionco.com.
  • Within 2 hours of appointment: Deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
  • Notary already en route: If our notary is already traveling to your location and the appointment is cancelled, a travel fee of up to $25 may apply in addition to forfeiture of the deposit.

Final Balance Disputes: Your final balance is quoted and agreed upon before services begin. If you have a concern about the final amount, raise it with the notary before signing any payment authorization. Disputes raised after the appointment has been completed will be reviewed at our discretion but are not automatically honored.

Service Not Completed: If we are unable to complete a notarization due to circumstances within our control (e.g., error on our part, scheduling failure), your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment at your preference.

Unable to Notarize: If we arrive and are unable to complete notarization due to circumstances within your control — such as missing ID, unsigned documents that cannot be notarized, or documents that appear fraudulent or coerced — the deposit is forfeited and a travel fee may apply.

3. Promo Code — CALLME

The CALLME promo code waives the $10 booking deposit for clients who want a consultation call before finalizing their appointment. By applying this code, you agree to participate in a brief pre-appointment call. If you book using this code and do not show for the consultation call or subsequent appointment without advance notice, future bookings will require the standard deposit.

4. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

  • Email: support@premiertransactionco.com — include your name, appointment date or transaction file number, and reason
  • Phone/Text: (678) 249-9144 — for time-sensitive reschedule or cancellation requests
  • Response time: We respond to refund and transfer requests within 1 business day

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take every reasonable step to resolve billing concerns directly. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation of services rendered and agreed-upon terms.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and without involving your financial institution.
